after 7 months Robyn and Randy finally have received a serious offer on their home. It is not quite enough,so they are about to counter offer. The prospective buyers have been praying about this and we know ask that you now too pray for them.

Please pray for R & R as they have today made an offer on a home that is being held by a re-location company. They earnstly seek God's perfect (not just permissive) will in this matter. Thanks.
9-24-09 update
house is sold, they have an offer accepted on another home (for a "Godly" price) (realtor said "it would be a long shot for it to be accepted"). They are now working through some financing details. <<-- This needs some more prayer. Thanks.
Update 11-17-09 The Tolbert's home is SOLD again. God has helped them work throught all the insiection items, needed repairs, etc. They are scheduled to close on 12-17-09.
They have NOT found a home to buy. Anyone want to volunteer to take in 2 adults, 3 kids, 2 dogs and 1 cat for who knows how long? I guess not, so please pray instead. Thanks
