Project: Painting dental clinic next door to Shepherd's Hope Health Center
Participants: Jim Brown, Ernie Peters, and Jim Smith
Equipment Needed: "Work" clothes, 3 to 4 inch paint brushes, paint buckets, dropclothes, scrapers, and if possible, a ladder
Time: Oct 3, 9:00AM to 1:00PM
Directions: 2404 S. Tyler Street. Take Fairpark exit from I-630, go south towards UALR, turn left on 25th Street at Oak Forest Methodist Church, and the clinic is adjacent to the parking lot
Project: Hostess at Health Fair in fellowship hall of Oak Forest UMC
Participants: Susan Brown, Linda Smith, Donna Peters, and Suzanne Patton
Equipment Needed: Cookies, punch, willing hands, and a beautiful smile
Time: Oct 3, 9:00AM to 12:30PM
Directions: See above directions to Shepherd's Hope. Church is across the street, I'm told

Jim thanks for getting this worked out. This will be a good time to do God's work together.
Donna had a question: do the ladies need to plan on bringing some cookies etc,or will these be available? If the former, any idea how much??

Pam suggested letting older ladies in Chapel who can't physically help with Cityfest bake cookies, thereby getting to participate. Probably be easier to just buy the cookies and punch. Linda is out of town, returning Sept 22. I thought several of the ladies could discuss then and decide how they want to proceed. Pam had no feel for numbers as of yesterday.
